Q. Is there a joining fee?
No, there is no joining fee.
Q. How and when do I make payments for tuition?
Payments are made on a four weekly basis. You have the option of paying by cash or cheque. Payments are made every four weeks to ensure that both the student and tutor respect and value the learning opportunity. Progress is most significantly reflected after several months of consistent, regular attendance on a weekly basis.
Q. What happens if I miss a session?
If you cannot attend a scheduled lesson due to illness, it is important to let us know (via email/phone) as soon as possible, by providing 24 hours notice. Scheduled lessons which are not cancelled in advance or rescheduled will be lost. Unfortunately, tuition fees are non-refundable.
Q. Can I re-schedule a session?
Re-scheduling sessions is not recommended, as regular attendance and consistency significantly affects a student’s overall performance and grades. However, if you cannot attend a session for a genuine medical reason etc, then we will do our best to fit you into a similar class, spaces allowing. This is only an option if you have provided sufficient notice of cancellation.
